NCBJ processes personal data provided in online event registration forms, payment forms, and when using NCBJ websites and other NCBJ tools. Therefore, the principles of NCBJ’s compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) are described below, in particular the legal basis for personal data processing, the methods of collecting and using personal data, and the rights of data subjects related thereto.

What are personal data and what does their processing mean?

Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
